Well, a committee will not approve of your business unless and until it sees the benefits that are associated with the restaurant business. The key is to do as much research as possible. Make a clear future plan. Do a cost benefit analysis. Be totally realistic. Don't think of things out of the blue. Prepare and rehearse your presentation. Only then you can impress the committee. While making your plan, keep on questioning; what is there in my restaurant that is not in other restaurants? If there is even a single thing that the others don't have and you do, you are at an advantage and your plan will be approved.
