Air hockey is a sport for two opposing players trying to achieve points in the contrasting player's target.

    Equipment
Air hockey needs an air hockey table, two mallets, and one puck.
A characteristic air hockey table consists of a great flat playing surface, an adjacent rail to avoid the puck and mallets from leaving the table, and holes in the bar at either last part of the table that provide as goals. On the ends of the table after and under the goals, there is typically a puck revisit. Moreover, tables will classically have a few sorts of apparatus that constructs a cushion of air on the play facade, with the reason of falling resistance and rising play velocity.

In a number of tables, the equipment is avoided in favor of a polished table surface, typically plastic, in the attention of saving money in both industrialized and continuation costs. Note that these tables are strictly not air hockey tables because no air is concerned; on the other hand, they are still usually unstated to be as such due to the essential comparison of game play.

A mallet (occasionally called a goalie, striker or scull) consists of an uncomplicated and easy handle attached to a level and smooth plane that will regularly lie redden with the outside of the table. The large amounts of ordinary mallets, described "high-tops", look like small plastic sombreros, but additional mallets, "flat-tops", are used with a shorter crucial point.
Air Hockey pucks are thin discs completed of a plastic stuff identified as Lexan. Normal USAA permitted pucks are the yellow lexan, red lexan and the Dynamo green. In spirited play, a layer of slim white ribbon is located on the face-up surface.
