It is quiet self explanatory. It says, the place is for residential use only and are only legally available for single families. The place can never be used as commercial property. You cannot build any kind of building or structure on the place other than a conventional single family residence. You cannot build a barn and can only build a single family residence. The residence cannot be a mobile home, a house trailer or a modular home.
