    Will A Heat Activated Perm Remove Meth Toxins From Hair Folical?

    I just got a perm hoping it would make me pass my hair folical tedt.

    I doubt that this will work. The chemicals from a perm allow the hair shaft to be curl, and then retain that curl. They should have no effect on the follicle - which is the living part of your hair.
