At the age of 23 years old I started to wear glasses and it seems that every since I have had a problem with the dark circles. I thought it was a temporary thing but I am 31 years old now and they are still there. They say it is hereditary but no one in my family has them but me. I want them gone.

These are some tips for removing dark circles under the eyes:
1) Drink plenty of water.
2) Take proper sleep.
3) Always do cleaning with moisturizing lotion before sleeping.
4) Try avoiding sleeping pills.
5) Use cucumber on your eyes while relaxing.
6) Use cotton dipped with Milk on your eyes for 5-10 min 4 times a well.

I was just seen by a doctor for tendonitis in my foot and while I was there he noticed I had dark circles under my eyes.
