There are two holes at the external genitalia of the females. One is very small called urethra which is used to excrete urine. Other one is below the urethra and of larger size, this is called vagina. A vaginal canal has only one opening which is used for intercourse and birth. So, to get pregnant vaginal canal is used not urethra which is tiny opening. If someone is having 2 vaginal openings then visit a doctor because it is not normal.
