Blood type diet is theory only and lacks scientific evidences. According to this theory, peoples with blood group O are hunters and carnivores. So, you can increase your protein intake by eating marine fish and vegetables, raised poultry, red meat etc. Among vegetables, you can eat broccoli and spinach.
You should reduce intake of  wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, mustard green, cauliflower and cabbage.
But to loose weight you need intense aerobic exercise program
    along with following dietary schedule
Breakfast: One slice of bread with jam (low sugar)
Lunch: roast beef, 3-4 ounces only
    Dinner: Steamed artichoke
You can also take rice cakes and carrots as snakes.
