Do You Think That Plies Is The New Lil Wayne?

I believe Lil Wayne was much better when he debuted in the year 1997. Plies is good but he would have to do a lot to reach Lil Wayne's calibre. Plies can be The New Lil Wayne if he does some changes in his style and overall attitude.

The relatively new rapper Plies has a very similar style to Lil Wayne, he sounds like him, and he even looks like him, but I still think that they are two different people and that Plies is not the "new" Lil Wayne, he is just like Lil Wayne...I hope that answers your question.

Plies is nothing like Lil Wayne in my opinion. While they both may rap about sex in 90% of their lines, that is something most rappers do nowadays.

No absolutely not. Plies is garbage compared to wayne. Plies is so far down on the latter from wayne he can't see him. I'll give plies some love and say he does have some catchy stuff but wayne is just so unique and puts out so much material he can't be matched. There will never be another Lil Wayne. Just like there will never be another Biggie, 2Pac, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z. (just to name some of the greatest)
