AVI is the abbreviated form of Audio Video Interleave format. It is a type of container video format. Different AVI Files require different codecs to play. The most popularly used codecs are DivX and XviD. Downloading AviCodec will let you know which codec you need. After running AviCodec, locate the AVI File by clicking on the Select button.
