It seems that your pet is suffering from Mange. It needs to go to vet soon. This disease is not contagious but still if it gets worst it's hard to control it. So it is always better to treat it in time. There can be possibilities of motes. All you can do is keep your pet clean and give it regular bath. These symptoms also indicate Ringworms but only a vet can tell by examining your pet closely or by taking culture for test.
