    How Does A Chapter 13 Affect A Lawsuit Settlement?

    I have received notice of a settlement of a lawsuit I am involved in. I file a chapter 13 last year. The lawsuit has been ongoing since 1999. What happens to the settlement funds? Will I be a to claim the settlement?
