    I Need Help About My Transmission. I Have An 88 Jeep Commache And It Was Towed To Me And The Transmission Was Out After It Was Towed And I Had To Have It Fixed. The Guy That Fixed It Said It Went Out Because They Didnt Take The Drive Line Out . I Have To Go To Small Claim Court At 9 O'clock In The Morning And I Need To Know What The Owner's Manual Says About Towing . Please Help With Question About Towing Asap . Thank You Very Much .

    For now why not hire a smart experienced lawyer to help you with the case. You may need to call upon the garage guy who told you about the drive line problem to testify since he can verify that indeed the mistake was theirs and not yours. Enlist the support of your regular car maintenance person so that they can testify on your behalf that your 88 Jeep Comanche had a fully functioning transmission. Lastly for the manual you're probably going to have to buy one from the store or eBay.
