Where Do I Find A Bottom Head For A Picclo Snare Drum?
I am trying to get some of my Christmas shopping for my boyfriend done early because I have no clue where to find half of the things on his list. I don't know drums or anything but where can I find a bottom head for a picclo snare drum? Help!

There are different type of drum heads and different sizes. Did he tell you size? Once you know the size of the drum head you need (ex: Common size for a snare is 14 inches), you can go to any Guitar Center or music store and just tell someone that works in the drum department that you need a x size drum head for a piccolo snare drum. They should be able to give you what you need.

If there is particular type of drum head he wants (ex: Remo, Evans, etc), you can tell the store thats what he wants and if they dont have any in stock, you can always order online.
I suggest as a drummer and drum teacher for many years to get him a remo drum head. The bottom heads for a drum should be clear, so keep that in mind while shopping.
