Is My Newborn Kitten Sick?

Our cat just gave birth to two kittens 48 hours ago. The runt is not doing so well. He is thinner than his sibling and seems to have a mouth infection like thrush. Does anybody have any advice? He is so adorable. I don't want him to die!

Yes it may infected by some infectious diseases which may invade through direct or indirect contact with micro-organism such as viral disease and highly inflammable diseases which can not cure by some antibiotic soit is better to visit veterinary doctor.
