This medication is not labeled for veterinary use. Some clinicians will use this off label in cats anecdotally. You can try using 1-2 drops in each nostril twice daily for 3 days. I would not use it for more than 3 days--if the cold has not resolved at this point your cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian.

I agree with the previous answer. You can always ask your vet also. They can give you more info. on what else you can give the cat.
