What Are Renters Rights-black Mold?
I am a tenant and my lease does not expire until March 2008. I have been diagnosed with being exposed to mold. I believe it is coming from where I live, we have an onslaught of knats constantly, even @ exterminating. There is water leaking outside and there is a huge bulge in the downstairs bathroom indicating a leakupstairs. I don't want to have to pay someone to look at it to determine its mold what are my options. I want to move out because I am tired of waking up to a massive headache.

The repair responsibility goes to the landlord. You must tell him and he should repair the problematic things. Read the lease agreement to find the penalty to break it. For renter's rights, visit the link below.
