I have just purchased it and received a license number via e-mail, but there was nothing to download. I'm wondering if Nero is sending me a piece of software to go with the serial number. My current Nero (OEM)won't accept the license number. Thanks.

Nero DVD-Video Plug-in is a software. They normally give only the license number on the internet. Your software must accept the license number. Open the software and go to the help menu. You will find link to put your license code. Then you will be able to use all the features of the software.
