My Dog Has A Decreased Appetite And A Dry Warm Nose. What Can This Mean?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

These are very vague signs and mean that your dog is not feeling well.  There are many things cause a decrease appetite.  The problem may be related primarily to the gastrointestinal tract or can be secondary to other problems.  The nose temperature or moisture is not a reliable sign for diagnosing illnesses.  Have your dog examined by a veterinarian if the anorexia continues or any signs develop have your dog examined by a veterinarian.
