Why Do Spanish Women Wear Shorts And Skrits In The Winter?

Hahahhaha!!  Good question. Because they are always trying to look sexy at any cost I guess. I see that all the time also. As a matter of fact, where I live, right now it has been in the 20's and 30's....freezing wind. I was stopped at a light, and on the corner waiting to cross the street was a spanish girl dressed in jeans and a little cammy (camisole) with a little tight, short blazer over it. She was shivering!! It was so funny. Even my husband....who is spanish, says, what is wrong these girls!? They're trying too hard.
