That's okay. You do not need work experience to make a CV for yourself. But you do need to include the following elements:
Basic details like name, date of birth, contact information in the form of telephone number, mailing address, email etc.
Secondly, list down your educational qualifications and the name of the institutions from where you completed your education, along with your academic achievements.
Then, list down your skills and your preferred areas of interest.

While providing all this information, try to jazz it up a little, emphasize your achievements, academic or others, mention the notable projects and assignments that you have undertaken as a part of your education.

As an aspiring interior designer, you can also mention the ideas that you have executed during your course and maybe include a sample of your work as well.
There are many web sites online which provide resume formats, you can simply select one out of dozens and simply fill in the needed information, and you're ready to start applying.
