Do I Have To Give A Notice To Vacate If Its At The End Of My Lease?
I want to move out of my apartment because my lease is up at the end of July.I would give them a 45 day notice the lease said I would give a 60 day but if I dont have a lease can they make me give a 60?

It depends is there a clause is the lease that states what happens if the lease expires and you are still living there, such as a month-to-month lease(which means that the rules and conditions still apply as you continue to live at the residence), if not and the lease has expired, only a 30-day notice is necessary. If the lease expires it is up to the landord to make you sign a new one. If you could I would recommend that you check your state law, but every state is a little different. Good Luck!!

Please be very careful. The landlord's can also set up the lease to regenerate itself if you do not notify them that you are moving out.
