Well, Actually it is important to modify your CV according to the position you are applying for. Since you want to apply for a nursing job, you need to have a nursing focused CV only. Focus on your nursing career in your CV. Do mention any practical trainings, reports etc that you may have done in your career. However, please note that there should not be any lag in between any two jobs.
