We signed a lease under duress in Pa. We mainly focused on the major points. When looking at the lease, noticed a few things that seem to be in violation of the lease by rental agency. Specifically states no grills, yet they are everywhere in apt complex. Also, think I found online somewhere that in Pa. The landlord cannot hold your possessions if you are late paying/failure to pay rent? If not allowed in this state, but is in the lease, is this considered illegal, or unethical on their part, or considered waived since we signed lease?
