Where Can I Find Birth Records?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Finding out about your ancestry is exciting. Learning about what you family's profession was down the line and finding out where everyone now lives. The best place to start is by enquiring with your existing family. If that's not going to be an easy task then there are many resources available online which can help give you some clues. It's also worth checking out the General Resource Office. This is run by the government and can provide documentation on births, deaths and marriages. Their records go back to 1837 for England and Wales.
