How Do I Fix My 27" Lcd Tv If It Turns On And It Has Audio But The Video Doesn't Work?
Basically where can i find a reference or link to someone possibly a document that i can read -my daughter spilt a lil bit of pop in the back but that was long before the screen went out on it

The possibility is there that the picture tube is not working properly. There are other possibilities available as well. So it is better you take some technical help. The size doesn't matter a lot. You can see the following link and I'm sure it will help you to solve your problem
