To make the pizza dough you can prepare it in two ways. One is by the usual traditional way, which takes around three hours and the other way is to just simply use the bread machine which takes approximately 90 minutes. Experts suggest that the pizza dough can be prepared with the help of brewer's yeast, flour, salt, and water and also a little olive oil could help make it taste better.
To start with you will need the following ingredients five cups (1/2 kg) stone-milled flour, bad flour will also preferably, one cup, which is approximately 250 ml of warm water, one ounce, which is equivalent to 30 gram brewer's yeast or two teaspoons active dry yeast. This will be required to dissolve in the water. Next you need 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt for taste.
First make a heap of the flour. Now make a well like structure and pour in the salt and olive oil. Now mix the water and yeast well. Now keep kneading the dough till it becomes even and gives a feel of elastic. Now form the dough into a fine ball and place it into a lightly oiled bowl and cover it. Now make it well and divide it into four balls. Now place them on a floured surface. Now cover it and keep until it rises for an hour.
