Does A 30 Day Notice Ruin Your Rental History?

New management came in and raised rent 125.00 evicted a lot of tenants even after paying the new rent. They are remodeling like condos for upper class tenants now. They saw my ex caregiver at the bldg, a lot so they think he lives with me he doesn't they wanted an application from him and everyone who visits me. I'm disabled and need care. I've lived here 3 1/2 yrs and I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to move. He's an Afro American and i think she is discriminating always looking for him.

Well the landlord can evict you on a 30 days notice on special grounds like you are not paying your rent on time etc or you have to move when the lease expires. If you are on lease and paying on time then they can't evict you. Your rental history gives you an extra plus if the matter is probed in the court about not paying the rent on time.
