Does California Recognize Gay Marriage Performed In Other States?
Gay marriage is now legal in California - what if a gay marriage was performed in another state. Will California recognize that as a legal marriage under the new law?

This question is sure to come up more and more now. I think your best bet for a good answer would be to contact a gay or lesbian organization. I would think they will keep up on all the latest legislation and laws regarding this subject. A regular attorney might know too. Good luck. (At least if they don't you can get remarried there now.)
