San Diego mission is an important event in the history of the US state of California and history can not be repeated. So don't ever think of building the mission again. But, it is possible to replicate such mission with some other name it will take a lot of effort though.
The San Diego mission was established on July 17th in the year 1769 by Father Junipero Serra. It was the first mission of its kind and stretches six hundred and fifty miles along King's highway.
Initially the mission started very slowly and faced any road blocks on its way; it was attacked by the natives. But the superiority of the Spanish fire power prevailed over the natives and the mission was established.
