Why do you want have a heart attack? You make it sound like a treat which it absolutely is not. It is more often than not a fatal disease or at least has a lot of adverse effects on the victims mind and body. Still I will tell you about it. It is an ailment caused by a blockage in the arteries which might cause a blood clot to form and stop the complete flow of blood in a coronary artery and thus results in a heart attack.

The warning signals or symptoms that should alert you are uncomfortable pressure, pain or fullness in the chest for more than a few minutes and the pain spreading to other parts such as shoulder, neck and arms. Dizziness, fainting, sweating, sickness, shortness of breath, anxiety, nervousness, sweaty skin, pallor, increased or irregular heart rate, fear etc are the other symptoms of heart attack.
