Seeing as how he's a corrupt dictator, you'd think he'd be their cup of tea. He has completely wrecked the economy, confiscated white farms for redistribution, has a young wife with a huge appetite for shopping (like Imelda Marcos, she has thousands). He has fixed elections and his supporters have beaten up and arrested opposition leaders. To be fair, he was a strong supporter of the ANC during apartheid in neighbouring South Africa.
