I Have An Eight Year Old Scottie That Has Quit Eating Almost Everything. She Refuses Her Dry Food(diamond Dog Food) And Most Canned. Do You Have Any Ideas?

She was fat 5 months ago. What is weird is that her 14 year old grandmother did the same thing last winter. I thought it was old age...had her put down. I am taking her, (Sparky) to the vet on Wed. She will eat raw hamburger, chicken and Pedigree canned dog food but just a little bit. I wormed her for tapeworms and for roundworms a couple of weeks ago hoping that was the problem. She follows me around which she has never done like this. Has to have her nose on the calf of my leg. Any ideas?
