Some people are quite happy to go about doing a job they don't like because they just see it as a way to get money. But there are lots of others who want their work to be fulfilling, interesting and exciting. We want to learn from it and enjoy the eight hours (or more) a day that we spend there.
To be honest, it's not easy to go to a job you don't like. If you are really struggling then maybe it's time to find a new job. It's easy to excuse yourself and say,
"well, I have to wait to get a new job before I can leave."
And yes, that's true. But what are you doing about it?
You have to make things happen; they won't just happen on their own.
In the meantime, just realize that it's a means to an end. The money you can make could go towards a long holiday somewhere before you go back to a new job, or just to pay off your bills regularly.
Find the one thing about the job you like and focus on that. Exploit any connections you make at your work and know that it's not forever!
