This depends on who answers the question!
BlurtIt! Is open to the public for questions AND answers, so you are free to post repsonses to questions whenever you like. Therefore if you don't get a response for a while it might mean no one has come along to provide you with an answer.
This doesn't mean to say it will never get answered, indeed there are several regular BlurtIt! Contributors who might just take a fancy to your question.
