I think you need to show her how it needs to be done take the pups that shes not taking care of and show her how to take care of them and maybe she will know that is what needs to be done to take care of her children. Thats what i would try to do and if she continues to do this then you could be the 'mother' of the beautiful pups.... Well i hope this answer helps good luck... Karisa
