Actually its best if you get your foot checked up by some qualified doctor. On the internet you can get many advices from different people, many of whom are quiet qualified to do that. However, they don't see the actual situation. Without physical examination of the foot it is not possible to get accurate diagnosis. It could be anywhere from a swollen tendon to a possible case of increased uric acid. So its best to go to a doctor.

Need advice for a bowl/rectal problem.  My brother call last night and told me he has a leakage problem, liquid with no color, non bloody.  He does not know when this occurs and subsequently notice by others.  He has no medical insurance to visit doctor nor sufficient funds to defray cost.  He asked me for advise.  I looked up bowl movement problems on web and discovered that our bodies automatic produces liquid to nullify waste in the bowls.  My brother drinks beer daily and heavily.  He does not eat properly and on both issues know better but will not adhere to advise.  Could there be more wrong than just proper diet and drinking habit.  I am not knowledgeable enough to diagnose, only back ground in medicine is combat medic military service.  I would appreciate any and all information to help him.  I advised him to increase fiber intake and wear a plastic diaper.  Thanks

I have been dealing with chronic hives.  They appear all over my body in the form of raised bumps that also become very warm or hot to the touch.  They are extremely itchy and my doctor cannot figure out what is causing them.  How can I relieve the itching  nothing seems to work and it's driving me crazy!

Sounds like planters fasclitis. It an inflammation of the fascia that runs along the bottom of the foot from heel to toe. As the fascia is strecthed it tears usually worse when you first get up.

I missed one pill of my pack and then took the first two on the same day. Now i lost a pill for the monday before my sugar pills start. I have had sex but have used protection. Should i worry?

I am not very sure how to explain my self, but here it goes... I am experiencing a memory problem, which I think is also leading to other problems such as anxiety and depression issues. I have been having this problem for a while however it has seem to worsen. I can have something in my mind to say, however when it come out of my mouth it comes out in bluish way and gets to a point that you words are starting not to make since (blah, blah, blah)... Its like i can start conversation about something and while in the middle of the conversation the thought goes. Well this has created the other problems what i have stated. Because now i feel insecure when I speak because I feel like I am going to the say the wrong thing or make a fool of myself.. Its has gotten so bad that I have to go from job to job because I feel like people are discussing my problem behind my back, and of course I get embarrassed and frustrated at myself . I dont know what to do; I am a very religious guy and I believe in praying about things.. However, this issue is a problem also when it comes down to me having my prayer time.. Because, again I am talking and completely loose my focus and thought; so it even makes me insecure during that time.
I need all the help that I can get right now and all the advice thats out there.. I am not a dumb guy and I consider myself to be very intelligent.. It just makes me feel slow or something right and its even worse because I cant figure out the problem.

Also the last thing I must add and I regret to say is that I was told I am HIV Positive 10 years ago...By the grace of GOD I have not experienced any health problems nor have I taken any medications for this and dont plan to...However before responding, please answer this question as if you were not aware of the HIV deal. That sounds like a bone spur or possibly a "green break" in one of your metatarsals (knuckles on your feet.)  Were X-rays negative?

I was informed by my doctor I have multiple small gallstones is surgery involved?
