    People do prefer pills such as Hoodia and crash diets, which comprise grapefruit, eggs, foods which are low in terms of their calorie content, foods which are high in terms of their protein content, Slim-fast shakes, Lean-line foods, etc. There are also various diets, such Jenny Craig, Dr. Atkins, South Beach, etc.
