How Do I Find The Third Angle On A Triangle?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The sum of the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees. Sum the two angles you know and subtract that from 180 degrees to find the third angle.

    Example
Two angles of a triangle are 30 degrees and 60 degrees. What is the third angle?

    (remaining angle) = 180 - (30+60) = 180 - 90 = 90

The third angle is 90 degrees.

Take the sum of the other two angles and subtract from 360. What you have left is the third angle.
