I have mold coming out of my ceiling, 13 buckets collecting water in my living room(due to a bad roof), it's almost unlivable.... My landlord says he's getting somebody out to fix it on Monday, I don't think he will..... What do I do?

First you need to allow the Landlord at least until Monday to attempt to get the problems fixed. Then, if nothing happens, there must be a local housing inspector that can come and visit and register the state of the apartment. Then with hold the rent until the work is carried out, but bank it in a holding account.
