Is he projectile vomiting , ie the vomit is 'launched ' in a stream from his mouth rather than just falling ? If so, he may have a condition called 'PYLORIC STENOSIS'. This is a condition where the exit from the stomach to the intestine is too narrow for the food to pass through and be digested. It can be cured by surgery but you obviously need to get a vet to look at him, in any event.
