That was found a three days ago since them she is having diarrhea. She is still super active, as a puppy should be, and I have been given to her only dried food since then. What could be?

Lumps can be both serious and harmless. In case of your dog, it can be a simple fatty lump which cannot harm. Having such lumps is pretty common amongst dogs that are weighty.
