If it's been more than 24 hours go to your vet. If it started today and continues for 24 hours go to your vet. If you see any other symptoms don't wait the 24 hours and go to your vet. Sometimes they just have bad days too. Often it's the first indication of a health problem that needs diagnosis and treatment. Hope your pup is back to normal soon.

I have a 9 year old german Shepherd who is not eating. He is sulking about alot these days which is not like him. I have tried changing his food and offering him things which I know he likes but he doesn't seem interested. Can you offer any advice?

I would try taking him to the vet if it has been more than 24 hours, especially if he is not eating, vomitting, has diarrhea, and is lethargic. It could also be that he is having a bad day but you should still take him to the vet because I just lost my puppy to parvo for waiting too long. Good luck.
