    I Have A 2000 Saturn And My Radio Is Locked Because I Needed A Jump. I Have The Code But Everytime I Enter It Is Said It Is A Error. Does Anybody Know How To Enter In The Code ?

    I have both codes the factory one and the one you call and get from the 800 #. My problem is putting the code in. I am not sure which buttons to push. You only get 3 trys before it goes back to being locked. Than there is a whole process to get it back to that part where you can enter the code. I have a cd/cass delco radio. If anyone out knows anything about it please help. I have been trying to get this fixed for 3 months now!!

    First, turn on the radio, then look at the station buttons on the radio. They start with 1,2,3,4, and 5. These are the buttons you are going to use to reset the radio. If the code is  5543 then you will press the #5 station button first. Then the next number is 5, so you will press #5 station button again. Next you will press the #4 station button and so on and so on.  This should reset the radio, but you have to set the stations you want with the set button, if you have a set button. If not then scroll to the station you want then press the #1, 2,3,4, or 5 button and hold it until the station flashs and let it go and the station will be set on what ever number you pressed.

    That is not the answer. I can't even get the radio on. That is the problem. The radio is locked out. This lock out thing for the radio is suppose to stop it from being stolen and used in another car. Thanks for trying to help me.

      I think you should take it to the dealer ship for they can do it in stead of you.
