How To Forget A Person Whom We Love The Most?

Its hard to truly answer this question with the limit information but ill give it a go.
If someone has broken up with you its really hard. Forgetting is hard to do and no matter what the circumstance there are always some good memories that are nice to hold on to.
I think what you may be asking is how do I let go and move on......well here are a few ideas for ease your pain.
- surround yourself with family and friends  
- Put on your favourite movie sit with your BF and eat chocolate and icecream
- Go out dancing but beware excess achol l can make problems seem a whole lot worse
- pamper yourself, massages, painting toenails, a new hair cut always makes you feel better.
- exercise release endorphins which makes you in a better state of mind and being outdoors in the fresh air makes you feel happy.
- flowers.
These are just a few ideas, this is a massive thing to go through and it is never easy, just know that there are people out there that care for you want to support you and just because this person doesnt love you any more it doesnt mean that no one does or ever will again. Remember all the good things about yourself and the fact that you are trusting enough to accept advice from a total stranger tells me that you a sensitive kind caring person. I do not know why, you want to forget this person, but if you love them try to put them in a place in your memory where it will not hurt.  Think about all the good times you had with that person and minimize the bad times.  If you keep practicing this it will get better as the days pass and you will be able to deal with the disappointment of it all.  Take care.
