Sorry, they do not continue to grow. A dead body will begin to dehydrate and the skin around the nails will shrink making it look like the nails are longer but they aren't.

No, your fingernails don't grow, what happens is your skin pulls back from your nails and that's why the nails look longer. It's not something I really want to think about.
