This is not that difficult a job and you wouldn't have to consult any computer engineer to get this problem fixed. All you have to do is go to the 'my computer' icon on your desktop and right click on it and go to its properties. There you will have to go the hardware properties and click on 'device manager'.
Then you will get a list of drivers that have been installed on your computer and you will have to go to the printer drive and right click on it and disable it. Then you right click it again and uninstall the driver. Your driver will be successfully deleted. Then if you want to reinstall it you will have to insert your HP printer CD Rom and install the software and driver again.
