What Happens If U Got Swine Flu?

I think i have swine flu. On tuesday morning i woke up and felt really dizzy and tired and couldn't get out of bed. I stood up and i felt really really weird and tired as if i was going to fall. I had a really high temperature and i felt really hot and did not want to eat a thing.now today i formed a sudden cough out of nowhere. Do i have it and if so will it go away by itself without a doctor?

Actually over 20 years you slowly turn into a pig/swine. It is incredible and scary.
