Do you really mean to ask that question?  Perhaps you should be asking.."What personal conflict am I having?  How can I make my life easier and not be bothered by what other people think?"

Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket.  In other words, do not allow someone else to get into your head and make you miserable or take up your time.  Ignore them and live you life with honesty.  Remember, a real friend will continue to love you even when you are not very lovable.  If someone is wishy-washy in their friendship, then they were not much of a friend to begin with.  Move on with you life and quit worrying about what someone  says or thinks.  You know the truth and that is all that really counts.
