Ok seriously, your no expert for saying that b/c one of my horses had a stroke the other night and i summoned a vet who confirmed my suspition that my horse did in fact have a stroke. And i have heard many stories from others saying that their horses have had strokes.
Yes horses can have strokes. Like people, recovery can vary as well as how badly the horse is affected by the stroke. Often times if the stroke isn't fatal, it can take a long time for horses to recover and even then they may not fully.
