How Do Animals With No Teeth Feed?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

    They succeed!

Seriously, they feed on material that doesn't require mastication, or they have a beak which performs a similar function to teeth. Birds often combine this with grit kept in the gullet, which is used to grind up food on its way to the stomach.
